How Does It Work?

1. Select Mouthpieces – Add the test mouthpieces to your shopping cart.
2. Pay the Test Fee & Shipping Costs – Complete your order by paying the test fee and shipping costs.
3. Receive the Test Mouthpieces – We will send you the selected mouthpieces for evaluation.
4. 7-Day Testing Period – Your test phase begins on the day the mouthpieces arrive. You have 7 days to play, compare, and decide.
5. Keep or Return
   • Love one (or more) mouthpieces? Simply keep them!
   • Return any mouthpieces you don’t wish to keep at your own expense (return shipping costs are not included, and the sender assumes the shipping risk).

6. Receive Your Invoice – Once we receive your return, we’ll email you an invoice for the mouthpieces you kept. You can conveniently view and pay the invoice online through your customer account.

Important:

If the mouthpiece is scratched (by your ligature or teeth) or has any damage, we won’t be able to issue a refund, and the mouthpiece will be returned to you. Please handle the mouthpieces with care!
