Validity and Definitions
1.1Gleichweit USA LLC operates an online shop through myclarinetstuff.com. These Terms apply to all transactions in the version valid at the time of the order.
1.2A Consumer is any individual purchasing for personal use. A Business is any entity acting in a commercial or professional capacity.
Contract Formation
2.1Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email within three business days.
2.2To place an order: add products to your cart, enter your details at checkout, choose a payment method, accept these Terms, then click Place Order. A confirmation email will follow.
2.3You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect details or spam filtering.
Products
3.1Gleichweit USA offers physical goods as described on our product pages. Minor variations in appearance due to screen color rendering do not constitute grounds for a claim.
Pricing, Payment & Shipping
4.1All prices include applicable U.S. taxes. Shipping charges are shown before checkout. Payment is required in advance.
4.2All products are ready for immediate shipment unless stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
4.3We ship throughout North America and South America. Customers outside these regions should contact myclarinetstuff@gmail.com.
Retention of Title
5.1All goods remain the property of Gleichweit USA until full payment has been received and cleared.
All Sales Final — Damage Replacement Policy
6.1If you receive a damaged or defective mouthpiece, inspect it immediately on delivery and contact us at myclarinetstuff@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage.
6.2Claims after the 7-day window cannot be accepted. We are not responsible for damage caused by use, mishandling, or modification after delivery.
6.3If a claim is accepted, we will replace the product at no cost. Replacement is the sole remedy — no monetary refunds under any circumstances.
6.4In cases of suspected shipping damage, we may ask you to retain the original packaging for carrier inspection.
Mouthpiece Test Box Program
7.1The $40 test fee is not credited toward the purchase price of any mouthpiece you keep. It is a service fee for the loan period.
7.2The 7-day period begins on delivery. Mouthpieces not purchased must be returned within this window at your expense via a tracked and insured service. The sender bears full responsibility for loss or damage in transit.
7.3Return address:

7.4If you keep one or more mouthpieces, an invoice at full price will be emailed once we receive your return. The $40 fee is not deducted.
7.5All mouthpieces must be returned in the same condition received. Any piece returned with scratches, teeth marks, ligature damage, or other damage will be invoiced at full price and returned to you — no exceptions.
7.6The Test Box program is subject to all provisions of these Terms, including the all-sales-final policy in Section 6.
Liability
8.1Gleichweit USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8.2In the event of an accepted damage claim, our liability is limited to product replacement as described in Section 6.
8.3Gleichweit USA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. We aim to respond within one business day.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. The CISG does not apply.
10.2Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Final Provisions
11.1If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
11.2Gleichweit USA may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
