Replacement Policy

Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost. Ship costs covered if damage was in transit.

Order number, product name, description of damage, and a photo if possible.

Response Time

We respond within 2–3 business days. Replacements ship within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
