No, we provide only shipping to United States, Canada and South America. For orders and shipments within the EU and the rest of the world, please visit www.gleichweit-mundstuecke.com
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days in Europe, 4–5 days worldwide. Expedited shipping options may be available for certain locations.
You can pay on-site using various payment methods: credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. If you purchase directly at the location, you can pay using a credit/debit card or other available payment methods.
Our mouthpiece/barrel trial program allows customers to test our mouthpieces & barrels for a 7-day period to determine the best fit.
• Select mouthpieces or barrel for testing (3 same opening mouthpieces or same barrel models allowed) • Try the mouthpieces/barrels for 7 days (the first day of the trial period begins on the day the mouthpieces arrive at your address) • Return the mouthpieces/barrels you do not wish to keep, and retain the one(s) that best suit your needs.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To prevent damage during transit, please ensure the mouthpieces are securely packed in their original packaging.
We recommend using USPS services, but you may also use other postal or courier services.
