Right of Withdrawal Policy
At My Clarinet Stuff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the goods or, in the case of multiple items delivered separately, 14 days from the receipt of the last item in your order.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement via email to:

3. Conditions for Returns
- The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must return the item within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., mouthpieces, reeds).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Services that have already been fully performed.
