What does the $40 cover?
The $40 is a flat test fee that covers the 7-day loan of the mouthpieces. It is not refundable and is not credited toward any purchase you make.
Can I keep more than one?
Yes — you can keep as many as you like. You will be invoiced for each one you retain at full price.
What if none of them work for me?
Return all five within 7 days and you will not be charged for any mouthpiece — just the $40 test fee which covers the service.
Do you provide a return label?
No — return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as the sender bears responsibility if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
Not sure if closed tip is right for me?
If you play classical repertoire, sit in an orchestra, or prefer a tight, focused sound, closed tip is likely your range. If you want something warmer or more flexible, consider the medium tip opening test box.
