All Sales Are Final
If you are unsure which mouthpiece is right for you, we strongly encourage you to use our 7-Day Test Box program before committing to a purchase.
Try Before You Buy — Test Box Program
The Test Box is the right way to explore different models without commitment. Full details are on the Test Before Buying page and in Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a mouthpiece that is damaged or defective on arrival, we will replace it at no cost. This is the only exception to our all-sales-final policy.
- Inspect your shipment immediately on delivery.
- Contact us at myclarinetstuff@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the damage.
- Claims submitted after the 7-day window cannot be accepted.
- If the claim is accepted, we will ship a replacement. No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- We may ask you to retain the original packaging in cases of suspected shipping damage.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from use, mishandling, or modification after delivery.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Clarinet mouthpieces are personal-use items that come into direct contact with the mouth. Once played, a mouthpiece cannot be resold or reused by another player for hygiene reasons.
This is why we built the Test Box program — so you can try mouthpieces properly, on your own clarinet, before committing to a purchase.
