Complete your order and pay the flat $40 test fee plus shipping costs. This fee covers the 7-day loan of the mouthpieces and is not credited toward any purchase you make.
We ship the selected mouthpieces to you. You'll receive a shipping notification by email.
The 7 days start on the day the package arrives. Play them on your own clarinet, with your own reeds, in your own space — exactly the conditions you actually play in.
✔ Keeping one or more? No need to do anything — we’ll send you an invoice (see step 6).
✖ Returning mouthpieces? Pack them carefully and ship back within the 7-day window. No return label is provided — return shipping is at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked service — the sender bears responsibility if the package is lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you an invoice at the full price for each mouthpiece you kept. You can view and pay it securely through your customer account. The $40 test fee is separate and is not deducted.
If a mouthpiece comes back scratched — by your ligature, teeth, or anything else — or with any damage, we won’t be able to issue a refund and the mouthpiece will be returned to you. Please treat every piece as if it were your own.
