What is the mouthpiece/barrel trial program, and how does it work?
Our trial program allows you to test mouthpieces & barrels for a 7-day period to find the best fit.
• Select up to 3 mouthpieces of the same tip opening, or same barrel models
• Try them for 7 days (starting the day they arrive at your address)
• Keep what works, return the rest.

What if none of the mouthpieces are suitable?
If none of the selected mouthpieces meet your requirements, you may return them all within the 7-day trial period.
How should I return the mouthpieces/barrels?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the mouthpieces are securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
