The Gleichweit B9-1 Bb clarinet mouthpiece is a medium-open Bb clarinet mouthpiece engineered for expressive playing, free response, and a full, projecting tone – comparable to the Vandoren B40 but with the added benefit of excellent synthetic reed compatibility.
Machined from high-grade synthetic material on advanced CNC equipment, the B9-1 delivers a consistent, open feel. The 1.24 mm tip opening provides a free-blowing response with a rich tonal palette suited to both classical and contemporary repertoire.
The built-in O-ring system ensures a secure, airtight fit while protecting the instrument tenon.
