Description
The Gleichweit B10 Bb clarinet mouthpiece is an open Bb clarinet mouthpiece with a long 25 mm facing – engineered for players who demand a powerful, resonant tone, wide dynamic range, and the expressive freedom of a generously open setup.
Precision-crafted on advanced CNC machinery from high-grade synthetic material, the B10 pairs a 1.27 mm tip opening with a long facing. This combination allows for a broad tonal palette – from soft, velvety pianissimo to a full-bodied, carrying fortissimo.
The built-in O-ring system ensures a secure, airtight fit while protecting the instrument tenon.
The B10 is particularly well suited to recital, concerto, and large-ensemble playing where projection and expressive range are essential. It rewards a player with a strong, flexible embouchure.
Every version of the B10 shares the same facing and tip opening – only the material, the tenon fitting and the tuning pitch differ. Select your version in the Bore menu above.
