Description
The Gleichweit B11 Bb clarinet mouthpiece is a very open offering a rich, expansive sound, free response, and exceptional dynamic range – optimised for both cane and synthetic reeds.
Machined from high-grade synthetic material on advanced CNC equipment, the B11 features a 1.33 mm tip opening and a 23 mm facing. This balanced open model provides a naturally free-blowing character with excellent projection and a broad palette of tonal colours.
The built-in O-ring system ensures a secure, airtight fit while protecting the instrument tenon.
The B11 is a favourite among soloists and chamber musicians who want an open sound without sacrificing intonation stability. It handles synthetic reeds exceptionally well, making it a popular choice for low-maintenance performance setups.
