Precision-crafted on advanced CNC machinery from high-grade synthetic material, the B12-3 features a 1.36 mm tip opening and a 25 mm facing. This model sits near the top of the Gleichweit range and provides an open, projecting sound with a wide tonal spectrum.
The built-in O-ring system ensures a secure, airtight fit while protecting the instrument tenon.
The B12-3 demands a strong, developed embouchure and rewards it with a commanding presence. It is well suited to solo concerto performance, contemporary music, and settings where maximum projection is required.
